Established in 1986, Building Sciences has over 20 years experience in the design and construction of low air leakage buildings, and in the prevention, testing and repair of existing buildings to comply with Building Regulation Part L.

Our Consultancy and Testing Services are used by all within the construction chain from end-user organisations to designers and contractors. Advice can be provided to ensure that new buildings perform as specified, and that existing buildings can be effectively upgraded without unacceptable technical performance risks.
